Where does the borderline run between what is an expression of one’s own opinions and what is unlawful? How can we effectively demand the removal of unlawful content and how can we defend ourselves against groundless demands? Who is really responsible for unlawful content on the Internet?
Providing exhaustive answers to these and other questions will be the aim of the training session, which will not only give the participants an insight into the legal framework of liability for publishing various types of negative content on the Internet, but also provide them with extensive, practical knowledge on legal risks related to such activity and the ways in which these risks can be effectively eliminated.
Training on How to Effectively Combat Hate and Negative Campaigning on the Internet? will be held by an expert of our law firm Piotr Wasilewski, PhD, Attorney-at-Law, on 25 April 2017.
