Centrum Promocji Informatyki invites you to a training session entitled “The latest changes to public procurement law (Electronisation and GDPR) and the most interesting National Appeals Chamber judgements – the greatest challenges and practical problems – practical aspects of the newest amendments to public procurement law, along with a review of the newest National Appeals Chamber judgements.”
On 22 June 2016, the greatest amendment to the Public Procurement Law Act since years was passed. It became effective on 28 July 2016. The purpose of the amendment was to implement new community directives: 2014/24/UE and 2014/25/UE. In the following years, there were implementations, and there are still implementations planned for a number of changes to the Public Procurement Law, which, although not quite as extensive or revolutionary as the above mentioned Act of 2016, are also significant considering how the Act is to be applied by the contractors and clients. Examples include the issue of electronisation of the process of awarding a public contract and the planned changes related to the GDPR.
The training session will be hosted by Attorney-at-Law Tomasz Krzyżanowski and Attorney-at-Law Piotr Nepelski.
