In our law firm, he participates in the Business Law and Corporate Advice practice as well as the Competition and Consumer Protection Law practice, where he provides legal advice to key Polish and international clients. He specialises in the antitrust law, sectoral regulations, corporate advice and civil law. His legal interests also include broadly understood administrative substantive and procedural law.
Mateusz Mroczek is a legal advisor and a member of the Regional Association of Legal Advisors in Krakow. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University (2014), and completed postgraduate studies of Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods (Jagiellonian University, 2016) and postgraduate studies in the field of national security (National Defence University, 2015). He was an Erasmus student at Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest
and completed the EU Competition Law studies at King’s College London (2018). Furthermore, he authored scientific publications on competition law.
Mateusz gained professional experience, among other places, in a reputed law firm in Krakow, where he was involved in issues connected with the antitrust law, prevention of unfair competition and sectoral regulations (e.g. energy law). He has extensive experience in training.
He co-operates with the Centre of Analyses at the Jagiellonian Club. He has co-operated with many social and civic organisations with whom he carried out several tens of educational, charity and social projects (e.g. judiciary civic monitoring). He graduated from the 22nd edition of the School of Civic Society Leaders.
He is fluent in English.
