The current legal framework for fintech and what changes envisaged in the near future will mean for financial institutions – these are the topics of tomorrow’s Legal FinTech 2022 conference Legal challenges in the financial innovation sector.
The event will consist of five panels of experts discussing:
- Unregulated versus regulated payment services
- Amendments to law being drafted for the LendTech sector
- New regulations on cryptoassets, in particular cryptocurrencies
- KYC procedures in the context of new AML regulations and guidelines, including data protection,
- Cybersecurity and cloud computing
The conference is being organized by the New Technologies Law Association and C.H. Beck.
It will be held at the Intercontinental and also be streamed live online.
