On 14 October 2019, the President of the Republic of Poland signed a new Act of Parliament that regulates the domain of public procurement law. With effect from 1 January 2021, it is to change, simplify and clear up the public procurement market. The new regulations have extended the list of cases where a tender may be rejected, therefore the 6th webinar of the PIIT will be dedicated to changed related to rejection of tenders submitted by contractors. How will the new grounds for tender rejection affect the situation of contractors during contract awarding procedure? Will the longer list of grounds for tender rejection increase the number of tenders rejected by contracting authorities?
