Justyna Sitnikow was selected as EUIPO auditor (SQUAP audit) for OPPO decisions for 2024/2025 representing MARQUES

Justyna Sitnikow has been appointed SQAP auditor to EUIPO for 2024-2025 on behalf of MARQUES.

The SQAP (Stakeholder Quality Assurance Panels) comprises dozens of intellectual property experts from all over Europe who belong to associations and organisations listed by the EUIPO. Their task is to assess the quality of decisions made by EUIPO. The audit prepared by SQAP members serves as an impulse for implementing changes and improving the functioning of the European Office and the decisions it issues, especially in terms of their transparency, coherence, and predictability.
