Adrian Ptak

At TKP, Adrian deals with Technologies, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) practice, as part of the IT-Tech and Public Procurement Law team. He advises in areas such as IT law, public procurement law, and litigation concerning technological projects.

Adrian developed his experience at Kraków law firms specializing in civil law and a law and tax consultancy firm. His interests are copyright law, new technologies law, and a broad range of civil and commercial law issues.

Adrian studied at the Faculty of Law at the Jagiellonian University. He attended the third TKP Academy – Student Program. He has won national competitions on commercial and intellectual property law.

He speaks fluent English.
