At TKP, Agnieszka is part of the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Team, and her practice focus is intellectual property, specifically copyright, industrial designs, and trademark law disputes, as well as personality rights cases and combating unfair competition.
Agnieszka acts in cases before common courts, including intellectual property courts, and also before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), and Polish Patent Office.
Agnieszka gained her professional experience at a Krakow law firm specializing in personal data protection law.
She has taken part in the Erasmus+ scheme at the Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, and participated and has been a juror in British parliamentary debating international championships. She was a finalist in the VI National Moot Court on Commercial Arbitration before the Court of Arbitration at the National Chamber of Commerce.
Agnieszka is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University and is studying for the bar with the Krakow Bar Association.
