At TKP, Aleksandra is part of the IT-Telco Team in the TMT practice. Her practice focus is new technologies law.
Aleksandra is a trainee attorney-at-law with the Warsaw Bar Association. She studied at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and did a postgraduate course on intellectual property law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. She is a graduate of the Center for American Law Studies – a one-year American law course conducted in collaboration between the Emory University School of Law and Georgia State University College of Law and the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. Aleksandra is currently attending the CopyrightX course organized by Harvard Law School and the Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society.
She gained her professional experience at the General Counsel to the Republic of Poland, where she was responsible for safeguarding the interests of the State Treasury and state legal persons. To date, Aleksandra has advised on court and administrative cases for commercial clients, and is also experienced in drawing up legal opinions on civil and administrative law, and legal analyses. She is interested in a broad range of intellectual property and new technologies law issues.
