Angelika Ziarko
Bio
At TKP, Angelika is part of the Commercial Law and Corporate Advisory team.
Her practice focus is civil and commercial law, and providing representation in court litigation, arbitration, and disputes before administrative authorities. Angelika has experience in advising Polish and foreign businesses on a full range of issues. She also advises on the drafting of legal opinions on commercial law and drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
Angelika developed her experience in a Krakow law firm and elsewhere, dealing with litigation cases and advising businesses.
She studied at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University and is a member of the Cracow Bar Association.
For many years, Angelika was involved in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, first as a participant, and subsequently as a coach for the Jagiellonian University team.
She speaks fluent English.
