Anna Banasik
Bio
Graduate of law studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. She then completed postgraduate studies in Personal Data Protection and Modern Technology Law at the Kozminski University in Warsaw.
She has been professionally dealing with the topic of data protection since 2019, starting in a consulting company, where she has carried out many projects in the field of adapting companies’ operations to the requirements of the GDPR, implementing acts and special provisions. She also gained professional experience as an employee in the Personal Data Protection Office, in particular by conducting administrative proceedings in individual cases concerning irregularities in the processing of personal data. In addition, she gained experience in a law firm as part of its data protection practice.
In addition to her main specialisation in data protection, she also specialises in administrative procedure.
Fluent in the English language.
