|In our law office, is a member of the business law practice group. He specialises in tax law, particularly in the area of income taxes, contract law and commercial companies law. His interests also include penal and fiscal penal law. He gained practical experience in a law firm providing advice on business law, and in an international financial corporation, where he vetted clients under anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing policies. |
Bartłomiej is a registered tax advisor and a trainee attorney-at-law at the District Bar Council in Kraków. He has experience in running tax law and civil law training.
He is the author of scientific publications relating to coercion in transport law, offences defined in banking law and to private international law.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, where in 2017, at the Department of Private Economic Law, he defended his MA thesis on the obligation to contract in subject-qualified contracts. He is also a graduate of the School of German Law organised by the Heidelberg University and the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz.
He is fluent in English and German, including German legal terminology.
