Ernestyna Stocka
Bio
Attorney-at-law specializing in civil procedural, including commercial disputes. She has many years of experience in the field of business criminal law. At TKP, she is part of the Intellectual Property practice within the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration team.
She has a deep understanding of the complexity and dynamics of court proceedings, as well as the measures taken at the pre-litigation stage. Acting as legal representative or defence counsel, she provides comprehensive legal advice and representation in court proceedings to Polish and international businesses as well as private individuals.
She gained her professional experience at renowned law firms, as well as abroad, having practised at a law firm in Lisbon.
Ernestyna is the author of the legal podcast “A Tua Voz em Direito”, created as part of the legal assistance provided to the Portugalia Foundation.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, where she graduated with honours in Law. She also completed a Bachelor’s degree in Intellectual Property and New Media Law and postgraduate studies in Contract Law in Consumer and Business Transactions. She was an Erasmus+ scholar, through which she studied law at the University of Lisbon (Universidade de Lisboa, Faculdade de Direito). She is a member of the Cracow Bar Association.
She is fluent in English and Portuguese.
