Julia Jewgraf specializes in intellectual property law, with particular emphasis on copyright and industrial property rights, including their international protection. She gained her professional experience in renowned Polish and international law firms. Among other things, she has worked on projects concerning the luxury goods, pharmaceutical and gaming markets, as well as the media and entertainment sector.
Julia was the winner of the twenty-first National Competition for a Commentary on the Ruling of the Supreme Court, the Constitutional Tribunal and the Supreme Administrative Court. She is a scholar at the Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg.
Julia is currently studying for the bar and is a member of the industrial property, copyright, new technologies, and fashion law sections at the Warsaw Bar Association.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University, where she delivered her master’s thesis on “Limitations on hosting providers’ liability for copyright infringement under EU law ” written under the supervision of Professor Ryszard Markiewicz. During her studies, she graduated with honors from the School of Chinese Law and Culture run by Beijing Foreign Law University and the Northeastern University of Shenyang. She is a participant in the Game Academy, a computer games law workshop, and [attends/has attended] international courses on European business law and intellectual property protection.
