Julia Jewgraf


She specializes in intellectual property law, with particular emphasis on copyright and industrial property rights, including their international protection. She has gained professional experience in renowned Polish and international law firms. She has been involved in projects dealing with, among others, the luxury goods, pharmaceutical and gaming markets, as well as with the media and entertainment sector.

Winner of the 21st National Competition for a Commentary on the Ruling  of the Supreme Court, the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Administrative Court. Scholar at Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg.

Currently, an attorney-at-law trainee, She is a member of the industrial property, copyright, new technologies, and fashion law sections at the Regional Council of the Bar in Warsaw.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University, where she defended her master’s thesis entitled “Limitations to hosting providers’ liability for copyright infringement under EU law ” written under the supervision of prof. dr hab. Ryszard Markiewicz. During her studies, she graduated with honours from the School of Chinese Law and Culture run by Beijing Foreign Law University and Norteastern University of Shenyang. Participant of the Game Academy, a computer games law workshop, and international courses on European business law and intellectual property protection.
