Bio
At TKP, he is part of the Media Communication & Entertainment (MCE) team. His practice focuses on new technologies law, e-commerce, copyright, personal data protection, marketing communications and digital services regulation.
He advises clients from the technology, media, e-commerce and pharmaceutical sectors, ranging from start-ups and SMEs to international corporate groups, digital service providers and online platforms. He is involved in projects concerning the drafting and review of website and marketplace terms and conditions, privacy policies, promotional campaigns and competition rules, as well as agreements relating to digital business. He also advises on compliance with the Digital Services Act (DSA).
He has experience in projects involving databases, data access and the implementation of the Data Act. He advises on the accessibility requirements applicable to digital products and services and supports clients in projects concerning the legal aspects of artificial intelligence. He also assists in reviewing advertising campaigns, marketing materials and consumer-facing communications.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław and is currently training to qualify as an attorney-at-law at the District Chamber of Attorneys-at-Law in Wrocław.
He speaks fluent English.
