Kacper Gut

At TKP, Kacper is part of the Media Communication & Entertainment (MCE) team.

He developed his professional experience at prestigious law firms in Wrocław. Kacper has worked on data protection projects, IT audits (advising on issues such as GDPR and DORA regulation compliance), e-commerce issues, and matters concerning web accessibility laws. He has also advised large and small organizations in the medical, technology, and financial sectors. Kacper has been joint coordinator in a project for automation of civil law agreements based on AI.

He studied law at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at Wrocław University and is currently studying for the bar.
