Katarzyna Kosiba – Łuczak


Katarzyna specialises in copyright law, in handling disputes at pre-trial, litigation and enforcement stages. She also deals with the legal issues of collective management of copyright and related laws. In our law firm, she participates in the work of the Copyright and Industrial Property Law team.

Katarzyna gained her experience working for a Krakow-based law firm, where she dealt with civil law and economic law, and providing legal assistance to businesses.

She also lectured in French intellectual property law at the H. Grotius Centre for Intellectual Property Law in Warsaw.

She graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University, in management of intellectual property from the Intellectual Property Law Institute of the Jagiellonian University, and from the School of French Law, which is a joint initiative of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University and the University of Orleans. She studied at the University of Reims (France) under the Socrates/Erasmus programme, and participated in the Summer University of the Foundation for Continental Law at the Sorbonne in Paris. She completed legal advisor traineeship at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Krakow and in 2016 she obtained the title of legal advisor.

She is fluent in English and French.
