Katarzyna Pawska

At TKP, Katarzyna works in the Real Estate, Property Development and Restitution, and Environmental Protection teams. Her practice focus is civil and commercial law, advising in particular on property development and the investment process. She also advises on zoning issues and resolutions regulating landscape issues. 

Katarzyna has vast experience in advising corporate and private clients on a full range of legal issues, and has a track record that includes experience in dealing with litigation and administrative cases. In addition, she has advised on the property development process, working with the technical division of a company responsible for residential development projects.

She has been developing her professional experience since 2016 in association with law firms in Krakow, at one of which she worked in the litigation practice group, dealing with numerous civil, commercial, and labor law cases. 

She completed a law degree, a bachelor’s degree in administration and a postgraduate course on real estate law at the Jagiellonian University. She qualified as an attorney at law with the Cracow Bar Association in September 2022.

She speaks fluent English.
