Bio
Liza Kashyna is an of counsel with a focus on new technologies, copyright, and commercial law. She also has an extensive experience in the EU competition law and cross-border M&A transactions.
At TKP, Liza is an integral part of the Ukrainian desk, where she provides strategic advice to foreign businesses entering the Ukrainian market and to Ukrainian clients expanding into Poland and the EU.
Liza holds a Bachelor’s degree (cum laude) from Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University in Kharkiv (Ukraine) and an LL.M. from Cornell Law School in Ithaca, New York (USA).
She is proficient in English, Ukrainian, Russian, and Polish.
