Magdalena Waraksa-Kulesza

Attorney-at-law specialising in public procurement law and EU funds. At TKP, she is part of the TMT practice,  as part of the IT-Tech and Public Procurement team.

She has extensive experience in providing comprehensive legal advice in the field of public procurement law, including proceedings co-financed by European Union funds. She advises clients at every stage of public procurement procedures, including the preparation of procurement proceedings. She has repeatedly represented both contracting authorities and contractors in disputes before the National Appeals Chamber (KIO).

Throughout her professional career, she has provided legal assistance in the areas of administrative law, civil law, cooperative law, commercial law, construction law, personal data protection, public procurement law and many other fields.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Białystok. Member of the Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law in Białystok. She completed postgraduate studies in Public Procurement at the University of Białystok, as well as postgraduate programmes in Information Security Management and Real Estate Valuation at the Białystok University of Technology.

She speaks fluent in English.
