He specialises in wide range of trade law aspects (contract law, corporate law, bankruptcy and reorganization law). He is also an experienced counsel in cases concerning economic and civil law before common courts and arbitration tribunals and in litigation in cases of economic and financial crimes. Marcin Chruściński developed his skills and gained professional experience in renowned Cracow’s law firm, where his responsibilities included providing legal service to one of the leading banks and where he worked in a litigation team representing a partner in a dispute over the control over mobile telephone operator in Poland.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Jagiellonian University and the American Law Program of Catholic University of America and Jagiellonian University.
He fluently speaks English.
