Marcin Chruścinski specializes in a wide range of trade law aspects (contract law, corporate law, bankruptcy and reorganization law). He is also experienced in advising on cases concerning economic and civil law before common courts and arbitration tribunals and in litigation in cases of economic and financial crime. Marcin Chruściński developed his skills and gained professional experience in a renowned Kraków law firm, where his responsibilities included advising a leading bank, and where he worked in a litigation team representing a Client in a dispute over control of a mobile telephone operator in Poland.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University, and also completed the American Law Program at the Catholic University of America and Jagiellonian University.
He speaks English fluently.
