Marzena Rosner

Attorney-at-law specialises in dispute resolution, with a particular focus on civil and commercial litigation. She also has experience in copyright law, unfair competition law and personal data protection. She has participated in court proceedings, representing both Polish and international businesses as well as private individuals.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. During her studies, she participated in a student exchange programme at the Université de Montréal and completed an internship at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Paris. She graduated from the French Law School jointly organised by the University of Orléans and the Jagiellonian University. She also completed postgraduate studies in Intellectual Property Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University, as well as the Intellectual Property Law School organised by the H. Grotius Intellectual Property Rights Centre.

She is fluent in English and French.
