Paulina Perkowska
Bio
Paulina specialises in new technology law and copyright law. At the Law firm, she participates in the TMT practice as part of the IT-Tech and Public Procurement team.
Her career to date has included IT contracting, issues relating to the use of technology in regulated sectors, cyber security and technology transactions. She has participated in projects related to the implementation and use of artificial intelligence in companies. She has prepared open source software licence audits and documentation for the e-commerce sector.
Author of publications in the field of new technology law, in particular on the implications of artificial intelligence in copyright law and AI Act regulation.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. During her studies, she pursued a student exchange programme at the University of Paris II Assas. She also obtained a Master 2 diploma in French business law studies organised in cooperation between the University of Warsaw and the University of Poitiers. She completed the CopyrightX course in US copyright law, organised by Harvard Law School and the Berkman Center for Internet & Society. Legal counsel trainee at the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Warsaw.
She is fluent in English and French.
