Paulina Steczek
Bio
Paulina’s practice focus is commercial and corporate law. At TKP, she advises businesses on corporate law and drawing up commercial agreements. Paulina also plays a part in M&A deals and investment processes, conducting due diligence reviews and negotiating the transaction documentation.
She is experienced in advising on family foundations and start-ups, having worked in prestigious law firms in Krakow and Warsaw. Paulina has played a part in transactions to raise funds for businesses, including foreign businesses, based on loan transactions, venture capital, and bond issues.
Paulina is currently studying for the bar with the Cracow Bar Association. She studied law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University.
She advises clients in Polish and English.
