Paulina Szymańska
Bio
At TKP, Paulina is part of the Technologies, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) practice in the FinTech team. Her practice focus is laws regulating the Fintech sector, cybersecurity, and AI. Paulina also has experience in advising on AML and data protection issues, and on IT projects and M&A.
She gained her professional experience working at prestigious law firms specializing in FinTech, banking, and new technologies law, as well as at the EUIPO. Paulina has worked with an international law firm, advising on laws regulating the financial and FinTech sector.
She is an attorney at law registered with the Cracow Bar Association. Paulina studied law and intellectual property and new media law at the Jagiellonian University. In addition, she studied at the School of New Technologies Law at the H. Grocjusz Intellectual Property Centre and the Slovak Law School, a collaborative project run by the Jagiellonian University and the Slovak Academy of Sciences.
She speaks fluent English.
