Bio

At TKP, Piotr is part of the IT-Telco Team in the TMT practice. His practice focus is IT law and new technologies law.

He studied at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He also studied at the British Law Centre run by the University of Cambridge and University of Warsaw. While studying, Piotr was a member of the university academic circle – he is now chairman of the board of the New Technologies Law Academic Circle.

Piotr speaks fluent English.

Council of Europe Convention on Artificial Intelligence

At the beginning of February 2023, the Council of Europe Committee on Artificial Intelligence published the “zero” draft Convention on Artificial Intelligence, Human Rights, Democracy and the Rule of Law. The document is dated 6 January, 2023, and is the Council of Europe’s preliminary proposal for the AI future regulatory framework.
