Tomasz Krawczyk

Tomasz is an attorney-at-law with his practice focus on financial market regulations and advising new technologies sector clients. At TKP, he is an active member of the FinTech team, advising on regulatory and compliance aspects and on implementation of innovative solutions on the financial market.

Tomasz gained his experience working at specialist law firms in Krakow and Warsaw and also public authorities, playing a part in legislative processes. He has advised clients such as financial institutions, e-commerce firms, and businesses, providing them with corporate housekeeping services. Tomasz is experienced in advising on laws on the banking market, payment services market, and lending and insurance market, and commercial and civil law. He also deals with AI and AML issues, legislative processes, and laws on new technologies.

Tomasz is admitted to the bar in Warsaw. He studied law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and wrote his master’s thesis on civil law proceedings.

Tomasz speaks fluent English.
