Wojciech Karwacki

Wojciech specializes in Public Procurement Law. He provides legal advice to clients and contractors in the process of awarding and obtaining public contracts. He represents clients and contractors in appeal proceedings before the National Appeals Chamber. He acquired his professional experience in Warsaw law firms, as well as at the Legal Department of the Public Procurement Office.

He has taken part in all the stages of many public procurement procedures in the IT sector, including as an expert in formal and legal matters. He represented the Public Procurement Office in the works of the Working Groups for Government Policy in the field of ppp and for the review of law in the field of ppp, carried out as part of the Public-Private Partnership Team at the Ministry of Development, whose aim was to amend the Act on Public-Private Partnership.

Wojciech has led many training courses on the procedure for the award of public contracts. He is a co-author of numerous legal opinions published on the website of the Public Procurement Office, as well as other publications on public procurement in particular those appearing in the monthly ‘Zamówienia publiczne. Currently he is a third-year trainee attorney-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association of Legal Advisors.mHe graduated, specialising in business law, from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, where he defended his MA thesis on public procurement at the Department of Public Commercial Law.

He is fluent in English.
