INTA 2024 Annual Meeting in Atlanta
Beata Matusiewicz-Kulig and Anna Sokołowska-Ławniczak Ph.D. will represent our Intellectual Property team at the International Trademark Association (INTA) Annual Meeting in Atlanta from May 18th to May 22nd.
Each year, several thousand professionals from all over the world attend INTA Annual Meeting: lawyers, intellectual property specialists, business representatives, and academics to discuss and exchange their knowledge and experience together.

The President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) announced the imposition of fines amounting to more than PLN 37 million for alleged price collusion and market sharing. NGT plants: what future for crop, food, and feed protection in the EU?
The European Union is in the process of drawing up a regulation on plants and foods obtained through the so-called new genome techniques (NGT). According to the proposed new regulation, NGT plants are those obtained through specific genetic modifications: guided mutagenesis, cisgenesis or a combination thereof.
