Przemysław Janczak
Bio
Przemysław is an attorney-at-law specializing in financial market regulations, and specifically the capital and payment services market. At TKP, Przemysław is part of the TMT practice in the FinTech team.
He gained his professional experience working at international and Polish financial institutions, as well as in specialized law firms, advising clients in the financial sector, in particular on the capital, payment services, and FinTech markets. Przemysław has also served in the compliance unit and as in-house counsel in financial institutions, where he was responsible for regulatory issues and advised on creation of products. He has also worked as an internal auditor at a brokerage house.
Przemysław studied law at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at Wrocław University, and did a postgraduate course in modern technologies law at the Koźmiński University.
