Joanna Adamczyk, PhD
Joanna Adamczyk specializes in media and advertising law, intellectual property law, unfair competition law, pharmaceutical law, and consumer protection law. She represents Clients before courts and authorities in cases concerning these practice areas. At our Law Firm she is part of the Advertising and Promotion Law Team, , Intellectual Property and Competition Team, and Life Sciences Team.
She is the author and co-author of numerous publications, among other things on advertising law and pharmaceutical law, and these include Prawo reklamy i promocji [Advertisement law], the chapter Prawne aspekty reklamy, promocji i sponsoringu w obszarze gier hazardowych [Legal aspects of advertising, promotion and sponsorship of gambling] in Reklama. Aspekty prawne [Advertising. Legal aspects], as well as articles about medicinal products. She is an editor and co-author of the Meritum. Pharmaceutical Law publication, Wolters Kluwer 2016. She is an active speaker at numerous seminars and conferences.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. She was awarded a scholarship in the Sokrates/Erasmus program at the University of Heidelberg, and completed the German Law Program at the Universities of Heidelberg and Mainz, and the Austrian Law Program at the Vienna and Jagiellonian Universities.
