Bio

Małgorzata works in the Media Communication & Entertainment team. She advises clients including technologies industry (internet services sector), e-commerce and marketing. She advises on the law of new technologies, advertising and promotion, and personal rights. She provides legal support to clients providing online services for projects involving the implementation of the Digital Services Act. She also works on projects conducted in 21 CEE jurisdictions for an technological sector client providing internet services. Furthermore, she is interested in new technologies, gaming and influencer marketing. She is involved in the operation of the contact point: “TKP Influ Legal Support”. As part of this initiative, she provides legal support to the influencer industry (Terms and Conditions – link, Application Form – link).

Malgorzata gained her professional experience at Kraków law firms that provide legal services for business, and in the legal department of a Kraków property developer group, working on assignments involving for example commercialization processes and sales of projects on the Warsaw and Kraków markets.     

Małgorzata is admitted to the Bar Association in Kraków. She is a graduate in law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. She also completed studies on intellectual property and new media law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. 

Małgorzata has a fluent command of English.

(Non)alcoholic beverages - sales and advertising of beer, wine, vodka 0%

Issues relating to the legality of the sale and advertising of alcoholic beverages have recently gained more attention.
