Mikołaj Deptalski
Bio
At the firm, he collaborates with the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration team and the Industrial Property team. He supports clients in litigation related to the protection of trademarks and industrial designs before common courts, as well as in disputes concerning the protection of personal rights and acts of unfair competition.
He gained his experience at law firms in Kraków and Warsaw. His interests include industrial property law, copyright law, the Life Sciences sector, and the philosophy of law.
Mikołaj is a law graduate of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. He is a graduate of the French Law School of the Jagiellonian University. He studied law at the University of Strasbourg and the University of Ferrara. He also participated in the 2nd edition of the TKP Academy – Student Program.
He speaks fluent English and French.
