She specialises in civil law, unfair competition law, and copyright law. In our law firm, she is on the dispute resolution and arbitration team. She has experience in conducting disputes on trademark and design protection rights before common courts, including the EU Trademark and Community Design Court, as well as in litigation before the Polish Patent Office and EUIPO. She also represents clients in disputes for the protection of personal rights and combating unfair competition. She deals with the issues of criminal law protection of intellectual property rights, conducting numerous penal proceedings in this field, and representing clients before customs authorities.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University, and from the School of German Law functioning within this Faculty as a result of cooperation with the University of Heidelberg and the University of Mainz. She has completed postgraduate studies in the field of copyright, publishing and press law, organised by the Jagiellonian University, and postgraduate studies in Public Procurement Law, organised by the Department of Economic Policy of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University.
