Małgorzata Kotwica



Małgorzata is highly experienced in advising IT firms, both in the private and public sector. At TKP, Małgorzata deals with TMT practice, as part of the IT-Tech and Public Procurement law team. Since 2012, Małgorzata has advised in particular on bidding for and conducting public tenders for IT supply and services and performance of placed contracts. She has frequently represented contractors and contracting authorities in disputes before the National Appeals Chamber.

Małgorzata has authored numerous publications in IT and public procurement law industry journals, and regularly speaks at national conferences for IT and public procurement professionals. She is a postgraduate course lecturer on public procurement law at the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences, and studied at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Rzeszów.

She holds an AgilePM Foundation agile project management certificate.
