Bio

Attorney-at-law with extensive experience in providing legal services to some of the largest entities in the IT sector, both in the private and public spheres. At TKP, she is part of the TMT practice within the IT-Tech and Public Procurement team.

Since 2012, she has been advising private sector clients in the process of bidding for both public and non-public contracts, including negotiations with contracting authorities as well as subcontractors. She also supports contracting authorities at the stage of preparing procurement proceedings including drafting contract templates and during the conduct of such proceedings. She advises both private and public sector entities during project implementation, including on issues relating to intellectual property rights and public procurement law.

She has frequently represented both contractors and contracting authorities in proceedings before the National Appeals Chamber.

Author of numerous publications in industry journals on IT and public procurement law, and a regular speaker at nationwide conferences for professionals in these fields. She also lectures in the postgraduate Public Procurement Law program at the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Rzeszów. She holds an AgilePM Foundation agile project management certificate.
